2 ripe avocados (soft, not sad)
2 limes
½ cup your favorite salsa but drain the juice and only throw in the good stuff.
(bring the heat if you’ve got the guts)
¼ tsp salt
1 large mixing bowl
1 fork or masher (whichever looks cooler in your hand)
⚡ HOW TO SMASH IT
1. Halve & Gut the Avos.
Slice ‘em open, ditch the pits, and flick off that little black tip at the end—nobody wants that in the band. Scoop out the green gold into your mixing bowl.
2. Mash to the Music. Play some “Caught in a Mosh” by Anthrax. Take your fork or mashing weapon and go to town until it is smooth and creamy with a few chunky riffs left for texture.
3. Add the Hits.
Sprinkle in salt, then squeeze in the juice of both limes. Keep the seeds out—crunchy guac is a crime against flavor.
4. Final Mixdown.
Pour in your drained salsa and give it a few confident stirs. Taste, nod, adjust salt or lime if needed.
