🥁 STUFF YOU’LL NEED
Main Act:
2 cans (7 oz each) solid white tuna in water — because we’re not dabbling, we’re meal-prepping.
¼ cup hummus (experiment with flavors — roasted red pepper, garlic, jalapeño… maybe skip the chocolate one, but hey, rock your truth).
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp relish
Juice of ½ lemon
Herbs & Spices:
1 tbsp CWE Spice (the official BT signature blend)
⚡ HOW TO MAKE IT
Rule #1: Follow the order.
This isn’t your basic tuna mash — there’s a flow here, and it matters.
1. Open like a pro.
Pop those cans over the sink — trust me, no one wants tuna juice on the counter. That smell lingers longer than a bad breakup.
Drain completely. And if you’ve got a cat, toss them a little pre-mix treat. They’ve earned it.
2. Break the band apart.
Drop the tuna into a medium bowl and shred it up with a fork (big or small, size doesn’t matter here). Aim for those perfect bite-sized flakes — not mush, not chunks.
3. Season the mix.
Sprinkle in 1 tbsp of CWE Spice and mix it in.
Add lemon juice next and stir again. You’re layering flavor — that’s the BT method.
4. Build the sauce.
In a smaller bowl, combine mayo, hummus, Dijon, and relish.
Feeling dangerous? Add a few dashes of hot sauce. (If you’re scared of heat, skip it — we won’t judge… much.)
This creamy combo is your secret weapon — also works great for chicken, shrimp, or salmon salad.
5. Merge the tracks.
Pour the sauce mix into the tuna bowl and blend until it’s smooth and unified. Adjust to your preferred consistency — some like it thick, some like it loose.
🎤 SERVE IT YOUR WAY
Over a bed of greens for a clean BT bowl.
On red lentil rounds or Ezekiel bread for a power-packed lunch.
Or just eat it straight out of the bowl while you blast Helix and call it “meal prep.”
⚡ BT PRO TIP: Make a double batch. It gets even better after a night in the fridge — the flavors settle, and it’s cold, creamy perfection the next day.
